If you wish to operate a business within the City of Harrison, you will need a City Business License. Business License assist the City of Harrison in protecting the health and safety of its citizens by keeping public authorities (Police, Fire Fighters, EMS) informed of the type of business being conducted and the materials stored on-site in the event of an emergency

CITY OF HARRISON APPLICATION BUSINESS LICENSE EXPIRES ON JANUARY, 31ST  YEARLY

Businesses that wish to serve beer, wine and/or hard liquor must first obtain an alcohol license from the ISP Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC).  Once the State license has been received, a Kootenai County alcohol license must be obtained next (please make sure the County license matches the State license and both are signed by the applicant or it will be rejected at the City level). Once these two licenses are in hand, you can submit for a City of Harrison Alcohol License.
