Public Record Request

 Public Records include, but are not limited to, any writing containing information relating to the conduct or administration of the public's business prepared, owned, used, or retained by any state, independent public body corporate and political, or local agency regardless of physical form or characteristics. (Idaho Code 74-101(13))

Public Records Request Fee Resolution (Resolution No. 2026-03):
The City of Harrison has adopted separate fee schedules for resident and nonresident public records requests. 

City Hall will respond to your request within three (3) business days after receiving the written request in our office. Please sign all letters/forms transmitted by fax, regular mail, email, or in person.
