Building Permits

 Building permits are generally required for new construction, additions, repair, renovation, alteration, moving, demolition, occupancy, and change of occupancy of every building or structure, in-ground, and above-ground swimming pools, and retaining walls over four feet in height, and fences over six feet in height.  After a building permit application has been submitted to City Hall it will be reviewed by our Building Official Brad Ziel and he will accept or deny the application.  

Site Disturbance and Excavation Permits, Sidewalk Permits, and Fireworks Permits can all be obtained by emailing a request to the City Clerk (CityClerk@CityofHarrison.org) at City Hall to obtain the correct form.
