Short-Term Rentals

As part of our city regulations, we kindly request that you complete and submit a Short-Term Rental Application.

Application Details:

• Application Form: Please see the attached Short-Term Rental      Application form below.

• Items You Will Receive Upon Approval:
  1. Good Neighbor Policy
  2. Short-Term Rental License Certificate

Important Notes:

• There is currently no fee for the Short-Term Rental  Application.
• However, please be aware that Short-Term Rentals do  require a Business License.
• The Business Registration License Fee is $42.55.
